It is important to us that:

- you are met by friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble
- you are given professional and individual advice
- you receive equipment that is in top condition
- you have the option to use our ski and boot depots at 2 main lift stations
- you can use our ski/snowboard delivery service
- our shop is well situated, close to the main ski lift (Rothorn Paradise) and bus stops
- we are open during lunch-time and longer in the evenings
